Job Title: Data Analyst
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help guide strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights, build reports, and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Work with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business insights.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to optimize data collection and storage.
- Prepare visualizations and presentations that clearly communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity across databases and analytics systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.

- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
- Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker
- Languages: SQL, Python, R
- Other: Excel (Advanced), Google Analytics, Data Studio
