Job Title: Founding DevOps Engineer / Senior DevOps
We're moving fast and breaking things (safely).
TopBusiness is a [Seed/Series A] startup disrupting the [Industry] space. We have great product-market fit, increasing traffic, and a development team that is shipping features daily.
Right now, our "DevOps" is a mix of Heroku and late-night prayers. We need you to come in and own infrastructure from day one.
The Goal: Build a platform that can handle 10x our current traffic over the next year.
This role is for you if:
You thrive in chaos and love bringing order to it.
You hate the phrase "that's not my job."
You want total ownership of the cloud architecture (we are currently on [AWS/GCP]).
You are pragmatic—you know when to use a managed service vs. rolling your own Kubernetes cluster.
The Toolkit (Current & Future): Docker, Terraform, Postgres, Redis, .

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
